Friday, 27 Aug 2010 06:38 PM PHOENIX – A shake-up in immigration policy may lead to deportation proceedings being dropped for thousands of aliens who entered the United States illegally but are applying to stay in the country, officials said on Friday. They said the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) seeks to end deportation proceedings against detained illegal immigrants who have applications pending to become legal U.S. residents, if agents determine they have no criminal history and do not present a security threat.

The most controversial component of the Senate's Secure Borders, Economic Opportunity and immigration Reform Act of 2007 is Title VI, euphemistically entitled "Nonimmigrants in the United States Previously in Unlawful Status." It would create a new "Z" visa exclusively for illegal aliens. This title would change the status of those who are here illegally to legal, essentially granting amnesty to those "previously in unlawful status." This seriously flawed proposal would undermine the rule of law by granting massive benefits to those who have willfully violated U.S. laws, while denying those benefits to those who have played by the rules and sometimes even to U.S. citizens.

I don't know about you, but I watch Fox News every day and I have kept up with politics since I was a teenager. I can remember when I was kid that there was such a thing as the House Committee on Unamerican Activities. In those days, if someone had any Communist Ideas or tried to overthrow our government like Barry Soetoro is openly trying to do, they would be arrested and thrown into prison. That committee was constantly calling people to testify about activities that were subversive and destined to change us into a communist nation. I can remember when we were in elementary school and we had drills in case of a nuclear attack. I remember the little song we used to sing, "Whistle while you work, Khrushchev is a jerk, Eisenhower has the power, whistle while you work." In those days we were thrilled that one of the generals from the Second World War, General Dwight D. Eisenhower became the Commander-in-Chief. We needed someone who knew something about leadership and how to draw up a battle plan. We certainly did not want to allow anyone with Communist ideals to be voted into office.

Dr. James Manning of the Atlah World Missionary Church in Harlem, New York gives a news conference this afternoon on the trial of Barack Obama, which rendered a verdict of guilty on 17 different charges. Barry Soetoro is GUILTY OF TREASON and needs to be arrested and removed from office. No wonder Obama won't protect our borders. He is an Illegal Alien too!

I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington . The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.
